學習社群辦法

1.      應為北二區夥伴學校之學生，社群成員為大學校院在學學生，人數以五至十二人、來自兩個(包含)國家及學校以上。社群召集人僅得擔任一社群計畫之召集人，不得重複擔任。

All the participants should be the students in the universities of N2 league. Per community should contains 5-12 members come from two (or more) countries and universities.  Per individual can only be a leader for one community.  

2.      社群計畫應由召集人提出申請。申請時請按網站規定檢附社群計畫申請表及其他補充文件。

The community leader should submit the application. The application should be submitted with the application form below and (or) other documents. 

3.      本中心於收件後將組成審查小組進行審查，審查結果以電子郵件寄送方式通知召集人。本次採隨申請隨審。

We will review the application as soon as we receive it.

4.      社群計畫補助各社群相關業務費用，每一社群之補助額度上限以五萬元為原則。補助額度依計畫申請書所規劃之活動類型及次數等內容為審查參考依據，核定額度於審查通過後另函通知。受補助之社群計畫成員應參與本中心舉辦之相關聚會及社群成果分享活動。

The grant is up to NTD50000. The amount of grant will be decided after the committee review the application, and the community leader will be informed by email afterward.  The subsidized communities need to attend activities held by N2 center and share the results with N2 center.

 5.      社群計畫所規劃之活動內容，以文化交流、研究、學習、社區偏鄉服務或創新實作為主，可採用讀書會、實務研討、創新實作等方式進行，並於期末繳交成果(11/17)。作品形式可為影像創作或圖文創作。每月至少進行一次集會，每次會後應詳實填寫紀錄 (含活動照片)。社群每期務必派員出席本中心之相關聚會。

The activity can be based on culture exchange, research, learning, voluntary work or creation. Per community must turn in the final report before Nov.17th. The report can be creative, such as video, pro folio, or written reports. The community should gather at least once per month. The activity record form needed to be done after per gathering and hand in to N2 office at the end of each month.

6.      社群計畫期程結束後兩週內應繳交活動成果報告之書面資料及研究成果作品。

The final report needed to be turn in with in two weeks after the last gathering.
